Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at KBS.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Most products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.   Some restrictions may apply based on the Manufacturer’s restrictions.  A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • A defective product was purchased in the last 15 days
  • A non-defective product was purchased in the last 30 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn’t used or damaged
  • You obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMN) from us

 

Note No returns of any type will be allowed by KBS unless they are assigned and accompanied by an RMA number provided by KBS.  

Products that do not meet the above criteria will not be considered for return.

KBS charges a 10% restocking fee.  This fee reduces the value/amount of any credit due to the buyer for returned items.

Some products may only be returned directly to the manufacturer, not to KBS.  This includes, but is not limited to, special orders or customized products.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, to KBS.  KBS is responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement or exchanged items and will provide the same method of shipping as the customer did to return the items.

Damaged items

If the customer receives a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.  If items arrive at your location and the outside packaging is visibly damaged, you should refuse to accept the delivery from the carrier.  If the customer accepts damaged products and fails to notify KBS within 15 days in writing, KBS deems the order to have been received and accepted as un-damaged.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.

Software

Software that is distributed electronically may not be returned if the product license key has been utilized or downloaded.  Software that is unwrapped may not be returned.
